A Safety and Risk Management System Gap Analysis is a proactive approach to ensure your safety management system is effective and complying with WHS regulations. It also reinforces to your workforce and subcontractors that they work in an environment which wants to promote safety as one of its core values.  It proves to your clients that you are serious about OHS – actions speak louder than words.

Our workplace auditors can identify key areas that may need immediate attention and work with you to implement health and safety improvement plans and initiatives.

Our gap analysis is based on AS4801 and is conducted on site by a qualified and experienced safety professional.  The audit takes approximately two to three hours on site and a detailed report is provided following the site audit.
