How many OHS documents does your organisation have?, it seems that in our efforts to implement a robust safety management system in our workplace, to be compliant with legislation and especially after incidents we tend to drown in documentation.

What’s the answer?, We know it is not more paperwork, it’s about having a straight forward risk management approach to safety, documents that actually relate to the activities and exposures in our workplace, process’s that actually add value to the work being undertaken.
